Instock Tile is perfect first quality product ready for immediate delivery, including quality product from discontinued product lines. Prepayment is required to reserve available INstock tile.  INstock First Quality Modulus Inventory is sold by the box; boxes contain 8 or 10 square feet, depending on the size of the tile. Glaze colour variation is a desired and inherent characteristic of handcrafted ceramic products, product surface and colour range will vary slightly from batch to batch.

Factory Seconds Tile is second quality tile that did not meet the strict quality control requirements of our sorting and packing departments.  Tile is deemed seconds quality if it contains minor warpage, excess dimpling or blemishes, strong glaze lines or minor cracks. 

Factory Seconds Field Tile is simply weighed up and priced by the pound! Loose Field Tile is $1 per pound (averaging $5 per square foot ), $2 per pound for sheeted elemental tile (average of $8-10/sf), $10 per pound for trim and $15 per pound for decorative tile. Seconds tile are sold AS IS; there are no refunds or returns allowed. At 60-80% plus savings on seconds, the deals are unbelievable!

Availability is first come first serve, actual quantities available as shown on inventory sheets may not be entirely accurate.  We will let you know what actual available quantities are before finalizing your sale. Shipping fees are not included in the square footage price. Prepayment is required to reserve available tile.
